Once again I would like to thank you for your interest in The
Lords Little Miracles Childcare. There is nothing better in the world to see children laughing, playing and
smiling with joy in their eyes.
Here at The Lords Little Miracles safety
is the number one priority. I will provide a comfortable, stimulating fun and loving place where young children can learn
and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially at their own pace.
Children learn through play and benefit from
a structured environment, but a relaxed one as well. I believe in offering activities that will stimulate sensory motor development,
language development and social interaction. I also believe every child is precious and unique that dignity and self worth
are rights, and a loving environment.
Through a mixture of guided and undirected creative
play the children in my care will have the opportunity to learn about textures, music, dance, animals, manners, colors, shapes,
numbers, letters, seasons, feelings, senses, art, nutrition, and personal hygiene.
These may sound like lofty goals for infants and
toddlers, but children can learn all these things and more through creative play. I do not believe in pushing any child to
learn at an accelerated rate, and will not make a child feel pressured to achieve any developmental milestones.
By providing the right kind of fun safe environment
I believe that children will learn at their own appropriate pace.
